LED screen installation and rental
For LED screen installation we hold 1,000 m² of LED in our own warehouse rather than renting it from another company. When you confirm a date we do not have to ask a third party whether the screen is free, and we set the build schedule ourselves. With indoor and outdoor cabinets, NovaStar control and a high refresh rate, we build for conference stages, forum halls, corporate evenings and outdoor structures. The screen is flown from truss or ground-stacked. Our drawing team prepares the drawing and the load calculation, and an operator stays in the room throughout the event.
LED screen rental or an installation service
"LED screen rental" usually means a screen is delivered and plugged in. At an event the questions go beyond the screen itself. Which size can the back row read? If the screen hangs from truss, how much load can the rigging point take? How does the signal travel from the stage to the control desk?
We rent screens on their own, but we prefer to offer them with installation: size and position are shown on the drawing, our own crew does the build, and we check at rehearsal that the content displays correctly. A thousand square metres does not fit on one stage. It means several rooms at once, or an outdoor build at facade scale.

How we work
Five steps. Each one ends in a document, so the client can see what is ready at every stage. The word methodology usually stays on a slide. Here each step has an owner, a deadline and an approver written down in advance. As events grow, the steps stay the same and only the documents get thicker.

Stage plan, rigging plan, load calculation. The venue's technical department signs it.

The crew works to the drawing. On the day the operating crew stays in the room.

Derig and report
The venue is handed back. The report sets what was planned beside what happened, cost included.
Technical base
The technical base of the event is ours and does not depend on a rental chain. Our own team produces the drawings. Since 2023 we have delivered 17 projects, and our clients include 15 government and international institutions.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between LED rental and installation?
With rental the screen is delivered and connected. Installation adds size selection, drawings, flying or ground-stacking, the signal line and an operator for the whole event. We do rent screens separately, but we recommend the second option, because if a question about the screen comes up on the day, one team answers it.
What size LED screen can you build?
Size changes in cabinet modules and depends on the room, the ceiling height and the seating plan. Our 1,000 m² can cover one large stage or several rooms at the same time. We propose a specific size on the venue drawing.
Do you install LED screens outdoors?
Yes, our inventory includes outdoor cabinets. Outdoors, wind bracing, power and rain protection are planned separately and shown on the drawing.
Who prepares the screen content?
The client or their agency can supply it, or our design team can produce it. Either way we send the pixel dimensions and file specifications in advance so that video plays at rehearsal without cropping or stretching.
Do you bring LED screens to the regions?
Yes. The screen, truss and crew leave from Baku, and we plan transport, power and the build schedule. In the regions the drawing and the operator are provided in the same way.
When is the LED screen installed?
Within the build window the venue gives us. The screen is connected and tested before rehearsal so there is time to check the content. Exact times are shown in the build schedule and agreed with the venue in advance.
