Terms of use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website at vstto.com, including all of its sub-pages, forms and interactive elements.

The site is operated by Vantage Events (the “Operator”, “we”), 18 Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street, Baku, Azerbaijan, contact: contact@vstto.com, +994 51 567 82 17.

By accessing the site, browsing its pages or using its forms you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the site.

“Site” means the software, design, text, graphics and other content published at vstto.com and its subdomains.

“User” means any natural or legal person accessing the Site by any means.

“Content” means the text, photographs, video, drawings, schematics, infographics, logos, typefaces, program code published on the Site, and any part thereof.

“Enquiry” means any information sent to the Operator through the Site (the brief form, an email link or the chat).

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally at any time. The updated version takes effect when published on the Site; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.

By continuing to use the Site, the User is deemed to accept the updated version. Previous versions may be requested by email.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force, and the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the closest lawful provision in meaning.

The Site is informational: it presents the Operator’s services, delivered projects and technical capabilities.

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, these Terms and standard business ethics.

The following are prohibited: automated requests that interfere with the operation of the Site, bulk downloading of Content (scraping), uploading malicious code, testing or circumventing security measures, decompiling the software, creating pages that impersonate the Site, and submitting material that infringes the rights of third parties.

Where the Operator has grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, it may restrict access for the relevant IP address or user without prior notice.

The Operator is the general legal successor of the group. The following names and signs — Vantage, Vantage Solutions, Vantage Event, Vantage Events, VantageTech, Vantage.rent, Technology Transfer Office — belong to the Operator and are its distinctive signs. Whichever brand you approach us under, the contracting party and the party bearing responsibility is the Operator.

All Content on the Site, including its structure, design solutions, texts, photographs, technical drawings and program code, is protected by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Copyright and Related Rights” and by international treaties, and belongs to the Operator or to the relevant rights holder.

Use of the names listed above, of the logo and of their derivatives without the Operator’s written permission — including the creation of a confusingly similar sign and its use in a domain name — is prohibited.

Client and partner logos shown on the Site belong to the respective companies and are displayed solely to evidence our track record, with the owner’s consent. This does not imply endorsement of, or any legal relationship with, the Operator.

Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, translation of the Content or the creation of derivative works for commercial purposes require the Operator’s prior written consent. Quotation for non-commercial purposes is permitted where the extent is justified by the purpose and an active link or clear attribution to vstto.com is provided.

By completing the brief form or emailing us you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you are authorised to send it.

You grant the Operator a free, limited licence to process that information for the purpose of assessing your enquiry, preparing a response and, where relevant, drawing up a commercial proposal. The licence is limited to those purposes.

Confidential technical and commercial information sent to us is not disclosed to third parties. A separate non-disclosure agreement signed with a client prevails over these Terms.

Responsibility for material you submit that infringes a third party’s intellectual property rests with the sender.

Project descriptions, figures, equipment lists and technical specifications on the Site reflect the position at the date of publication and may change over time.

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Operator gives no warranty, express or implied, that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing on the Site constitutes engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice, nor does it substitute for such advice. Contact us directly before taking decisions on a specific project.

Information published on the Site, including service descriptions and equipment lists, does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and creates no obligation for the Operator to enter into a contract.

A legal relationship between the parties arises only under a separately signed contract, an accepted commercial proposal or another document provided for by law. Price, delivery timing and technical scope are agreed for each project individually.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or special damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data and damage to business reputation.

The Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Site, technical interruptions, failures on the part of a telecommunications operator or hosting provider, or force majeure events (natural disaster, mass power outage, cyber-attack, act of a public authority, etc.).

Security of the User’s own equipment, browser and internet connection is the User’s responsibility.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional harm and for harm to life and health.

The User undertakes to compensate the Operator for proven actual damage, including reasonable legal costs, arising from the User’s breach of these Terms, unlawful acts, or submission of material infringing third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles and map services. These links are provided for convenience only.

The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of those resources. Once you follow an external link, that site’s own terms apply.

The collection and processing of personal data on the Site is set out in a separate document — the Privacy Policy — which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms and the relations arising from them are governed by the substantive law of the Republic of Azerbaijan; conflict-of-law rules are excluded.

The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through negotiation. A written claim is sent to contact@vstto.com and is reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

If negotiation fails, the dispute is resolved by the competent court of the city of Baku in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
