Lighting and sound systems for events
Lighting and sound are the parts of an event people feel most and see least. If a speaker's voice does not reach the back row, or the stage sits in shadow, what is said in the room loses its weight. Our inventory holds 920 lighting fixtures (moving heads, washes, pars, bars and floods), 186 PA units, line array systems, stage monitors and 249 microphones. All of it is ours, and our own crew installs it. We write the lighting programme in advance on an Avolites desk over an ArtNet network, and build the sound for the size of the room on a digital mixer. We work on conferences, forums, ceremonies and corporate evenings in Baku and the regions.
How we fit lighting and sound to the room
A line array puts the back row at the same level as the front in a large room. The monitor line is there so the person on stage can hear themselves. We choose the number and position of speakers on the room plan and seating layout so that sound is even and the microphones do not feed back.
In lighting the main question is the camera. A face on stage should look natural both from the room and in photos and video, so front light, back light and effects are planned separately. Because the programme is written in advance on Avolites and ArtNet, a change at rehearsal takes minutes rather than hours.
Sound and lighting follow the same running order. When a speaker walks on, the microphone opens, the light finds them and their name appears on screen. The sequence is tested at rehearsal and operators follow it from the schedule on the day.

How we work
Five steps. Each one ends in a document, so the client can see what is ready at every stage. The word methodology usually stays on a slide. Here each step has an owner, a deadline and an approver written down in advance. As events grow, the steps stay the same and only the documents get thicker.
- 01
Brief and objective
We write down who should do what after the event. The measure of success comes from here, not later.
- 02
Concept and programme
Format, narrative, guest journey and a minute-by-minute programme.
- 03
Drawings and clearance
Stage plan, rigging plan, load calculation. The venue's technical department signs it.
- 04
Build and delivery
The crew works to the drawing. On the day the operating crew stays in the room.
- 05
Derig and report
The venue is handed back. The report sets what was planned beside what happened, cost included.
Technical base
The technical base of the event is ours and does not depend on a rental chain. Our own team produces the drawings. Since 2023 we have delivered 17 projects, and our clients include 15 government and international institutions.

Frequently asked questions
How large a room can your sound system cover?
186 PA units and line array systems cover anything from a small meeting room to events with more than 1,000 participants. We choose the configuration for the size and format of the room.
How many microphones do you have?
Our inventory holds 249 microphones, wireless and wired, for vocals and instruments. That is enough to give every delegation its own microphone at a ministerial meeting and keep spare channels.
Are operators included?
Yes. Along with the installation, sound and lighting operators stay in the room through rehearsal and the event and follow the running order with the show caller.
Can we order lighting and sound without a stage?
Yes. If the venue has its own stage, we install only lighting and sound. If needed, we also fly truss for the fixtures and submit the load calculation to the venue.
How is sound handled at an outdoor event?
Outdoors sound disperses and is affected by wind, so the number and direction of speakers are calculated from the site plan. Over long distances we can carry the signal on our own 36 km of fibre optic cable.
Can we see the lighting programme before the event?
Yes. The programme is written in advance on the Avolites desk and shown in the room at rehearsal. Stage colours and effects are matched to your brand colours, and changes are made during rehearsal itself.
Let's discuss your event
A brief can be one paragraph: what the event is, the date, the number of guests and which part you need from us. We reply within one working day with a technical plan and a budget.
