This project was designed as a high-impact urban experiential marketing campaign for Hepsiburada Global, aimed at increasing brand engagement and social media interaction in central Baku.
As part of the campaign, a large, visually striking gift box installation (2m x 2m x 2m) was placed in high-footfall locations such as Targovy Street and Baku Boulevard. The installation remained outdoors for 15 consecutive days and was designed to be fully weather-resistant and photo-friendly, encouraging passersby to take selfies and share content online.
The gift box did not carry direct Hepsiburada branding; instead, it featured campaign-specific hashtags to spark curiosity. One side of the box included a mirrored phone mockup for selfie-taking, while another side featured a QR code redirecting users to Hepsiburada Global’s Instagram account.
At the end of the campaign period, the box was opened to reveal an internal screen displaying short-form video content (Reels-style), reinforcing the digital-to-physical campaign narrative.
The campaign offered a total prize pool of 6,000 AZN, distributed as 500 AZN rewards to 12 winners. Participation mechanics and rules were communicated through social media content and influencer collaborations.
Vantage Solutions supported the project through end-to-end coordination, including permit management, technical planning, production supervision, installation logistics, daily monitoring, and visual documentation (photo and video). The campaign successfully combined offline visibility with online engagement, targeting an audience aged 18–45 in central Baku.
