Building events since 2023
Vantage Events is based in Baku and works the full cycle from concept to derig. The difference is that the drawings, the equipment, and the crew are all ours.
What we do
There are three separate jobs in the event market: writing the concept, producing the technical documents, and building the room with equipment. Most regional agencies do one of them and pass the other two to a contractor.
All three sit inside our team. That is the argument of this entire website, and each page shows a part of it: the concept in the services section, the drawings on the capabilities page, the equipment in the warehouse figures.
The practical consequence is that when something goes wrong, one person answers for it. In a contractor chain, accountability divides. Here it does not.
How we work
The word methodology usually stays on a slide. Ours is five steps, and each step has a document as its output.

Brief and objective
We write down who should do what after the event. The measure of success comes from here, not later.

Concept and programme
Format, narrative, guest journey, and a minute-by-minute programme.
- 03
Drawings and clearance
Stage plan, rigging plan, load calculation. The venue's technical department signs it.
- 04
Build and delivery
The crew works to the drawing. On the day the operating crew stays in the room.
- 05
Derig and report
The venue is handed back. The report sets what was planned beside what happened, cost included.
